translucence

The word 'photography' is from the French photographie based on the Greek elements 'phos' and 'graphis' and literally means 'writing with light'. translucence is a study of waiting, introspection and writing with light. It is about the image perceived through films and layers: light, object, lens, eye, emotion and the mind's eye. Vision, remembrance, blindness - it is also about what we do not see.
